WELDED WIRE MESH

Ersoylar Metal was founded in 1992 and in that year began producing "wire mesh" with the latest in modern technology for the construction business. Wire mesh is succesfully being used in reinforced concrete slabs and walls of all types of buildings. It is effectively used in column-footings, beams and columns, and as stimps in cistems, tunnels, and prefabricated material. It is efficiently used in the fields where steel is customarily used, such as swimming pools, airports and concrete roads for which fracture and cracking is an important issue. Wire mesh is strengthening material of vertical and horizontal reinforced concrete materials which have wide surfaces. It is produced by cold drawing steel wires which are made fibrous and reinforced. These wires are then sensitively connected with electrical welding machines. The dimensions of the wire spacing can be produced according to order. There are two types of wire mesh. Type Q is double way and Type R is one way. The standard size is 2.15 m. X 5.00 m. The width ranges from 0.70-2.75 m and the length from 2.00-12.00 m. The diameter ranges from 4.0 mm.-10.00 mm. Various combinations of different sizes within these ranges can be produced according to your special needs. The spacing between the horizontal and vertical wires can be from 5X5 cm up to as large as required for the project.
